Pacha Ibiza already only opens weekends in the offseason, and its foundation has taken advantage of these weeks to look beyond the track. The Pacha Foundation has announced a donation of 1,000 euros to Never Alone Project, a network of volunteers that accompanies patients admitted to the Can Misses hospital in Vila.

The project was born in 2018 with a simple idea: let no one spend the long hours alone between tests and treatments. Their volunteers make two visits a week and distribute books, cards and board games. Above all, they offer conversation and company to those who have been in for weeks.

The initiative receives no public funding. It relies entirely on private donations from companies and foundations on the island, so the club’s help will serve to keep those visits going for the next few months.

It’s a small gesture in numbers, but it shows that the cherry brand is still looking at the local community when the summer lights go out.
