2. What data we process

• Contact form and emails: name, email, phone number (if you provide it) and the content of your message.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, through technical cookies and, if you accept them, analytics cookies.
• Radio player: your station and volume preference is stored only in your browser (local storage); we do not receive it.
• Third-party content: YouTube videos and Mixcloud, Spotify or other platforms’ audio and playlists embedded on the website, which may set their own cookies when played.

3. Purposes

• Answering your enquiries and requests (events, clubs, artists, advertising or collaborations).
• Keeping the website running and secure.
• Obtaining anonymous or aggregated usage statistics to improve our content, only with your consent.

4. Legal basis

• Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): contact form, analytics cookies and third-party content.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): security and technical operation of the website.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) where required by law.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data. As data processors, the following may access it: our hosting provider (Hostinger), Google (Analytics, YouTube) and the embedded audio platforms (Mixcloud, Spotify), some of which may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Also the authorities when required by law.

6. Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the applicable legal limitation periods. Cookie data is kept for the duration stated for each cookie.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to on@ibizamusic.net stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

8. Cookie policy

Necessary: cookieyes-consent (stores your choice, 1 year). Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years). Third parties: YouTube, Mixcloud and Spotify may set cookies when their content is played. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie button or by deleting cookies in your browser.

The website contains links to club, artist, ticketing and social media sites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies; we recommend that you review them.

10. Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to the website. The current version will be published here with its update date.
